My Road Not Taken…
I was supposed to be an investment banker.
It was "the right move"—said my parents, mentors, the world.
Six weeks into accounting class, my soul said:
“I’m here to do something with my life, and this isn’t it.”
I listened. (Barely.)
Transferred colleges.
Started searching.
Social work… Architecture… Ecological design…
Each step seemed right — yet I kept hearing inside me:
“This isn’t it. Keep looking.”
Then my mother died.
And everything — everything — shattered.
Grief stripped away the facade.
And underneath, I saw the truth:
I'd spent my life torn between privilege and pain, duty and destiny.
Always doing what was "right."
Never truly choosing myself.
Success Outside. Trauma Inside.
Like many people I work with,
my story holds privilege and pain.
✔ Molested as an infant and child.
✔ Bullied relentlessly in boarding school.
✔ A home shaped by trauma, rage, struggle, and survival.
I learned early:
Be smart.
Be useful.
Be invisible.
Therapy helped. (So much I became a psychotherapist myself.)
But insight wasn’t enough.
It took soul work — shamanism’s path of ancestral wisdom —
to heal what words alone could never reach.
To move beyond my mind.
To clear the unseen patterns shaping my life.
To reclaim parts of myself I didn't even know I'd lost.
Since 2011, I've worked with nearly 200 high-level leaders —
guiding them back to a power and purpose deeper than any title.

Or it will destroy you — in this life or the next…
Power is not good or bad. It is a force.
It will shape you — or you will shape it.
That’s where I come in.
