Hi, I’m Andrew Wayfinder—psychotherapist, shamanic healer, and mentor to high-performing women who are ready to stop performing.

I know the territory well.

I’ve walked through corporate ambition, burnout, ancestral grief, and soul initiation.

I was “supposed” to be an investment banker (that lasted 6 weeks into my first accounting class).

So, I pivoted into ecological architecture, and spent 15 years building beautiful things and saving the planet—until it all fell apart when my mother died.

That loss cracked something open that I thought I would never close again.

Therapy helped. (So much so, I became a therapist.)

But it wasn’t until I found shamanic healing that I finally reconnected with the part of me I’d buried in order to survive.

Since then, I’ve trained in depth psychology, trauma resolution, and soul-level guidance.
